Ingredients 

  • 1 Guinea fowl
  • 6 Canada gris apples
  • 10 gr of butter
  • 50 cl of cider
  • Salt and pepper

PREPARATION 

Preheat the oven. 
Wash, peel and cut the apples in thick slices. 
Fry the guinea fowl, bake it for a few minutes in a roasting pan with butter until browned. 
Add salt and pepper. 
In the roasting pan, make a bed of apples. Place in it the guinea fowl. Drizzle with cider. 
Bake the roasting pan closed for 1:00.

PRESENTATION 

Cut the guinea fowl and place it in a plate encircled with apples.

A quick dish to make for a meal with friends !
